West Jordan Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Not every West Jordan group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 25-passenger party bus is typically loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system — exactly what a bachelorette group or birthday group wants for a night heading into downtown Salt Lake. A minibus runs cleaner for wedding guest shuttles or corporate transfers, with climate control, plush reclining seats, and overhead storage.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot when your group is heading up to Park City or making a long haul to a stadium event. Amenities vary by vehicle, but the quote tool lets you compare what's included before you commit to anything.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. The Right Bus for Your West Jordan Group Is Here
The traditional way to find a bus in West Jordan goes like this: search around, find a few company names, call during business hours, explain your trip three separate times, wait on callbacks, and then try to compare quotes that use different rate structures and include different things. It's tedious — and you still might not know if you're getting a fair number.
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com skips all of that. Fill out one form, get pricing from multiple providers serving the Salt Lake Valley, and compare vehicles and rates on one screen. The site is available any time — not just during office hours — and the quote tool returns results in about 30 seconds.
You're not limited to a single fleet or a single company's availability, which means if one vehicle type is booked on your date, there are other options right there to consider. It's a smarter way to plan group transportation in West Jordan, whether you're moving 10 people or 100. Call 385-478-3740 any day, any time, and a team is available to walk through the options with you at no obligation.
Group Transportation Options in West Jordan
From airport shuttles and Jazz and RSL game day runs to wedding shuttles, bachelorette parties, prom nights, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever the occasion, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 385-478-3740 to get your group moving.

West Jordan Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) sits roughly 16 miles north of West Jordan via I-215 West and I-80 — a route that moves smoothly outside of rush hour but backs up hard on weekday mornings when the I-15/I-215 interchange clogs near Taylorsville. For groups flying in or out together, coordinating separate cars means staggered arrivals, separate parking costs at the terminal garage, and the real possibility that someone misses the rendezvous.
A West Jordan airport shuttle bus picks the whole group up from one address and drops directly at the departures curb — no circling the cell phone lot, no split rideshare surge pricing at 5am. For arriving groups, the SLC airport shuttle process works best when your group coordinator reaches out once everyone has cleared baggage claim and is staged at the ground transportation curb on Level 1. Call 385-478-3740 to get a quote for your airport transfer today.

West Jordan Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
West Jordan is about 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City's bar and entertainment strip along 200 South and the surrounding Granary District, where venues like Bar X, Beer Bar, and The Depot anchor most bachelorette itineraries. The challenge on a Friday or Saturday night is that I-15 northbound backs up between the 9000 South and 2100 South exits reliably from 10pm onward — and rideshare surge pricing in Salt Lake after midnight regularly runs 2–3x standard rates.
A Salt Lake City bachelorette party bus keeps the whole group moving on one itinerary, on your schedule, without anyone watching a surge timer. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the typical fit for bachelorette groups in this range — LED lighting, sound system, and perimeter seating included. The night can run from a West Jordan pickup straight through multiple downtown stops and back without anyone splitting off.
Call 385-478-3740 and get pricing for your date in under a minute.

West Jordan Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
West Jordan has a large and growing Latino community, making quinceañera celebrations a major occasion in the city — and a party bus arrival is one of the most memorable parts of the day. Whether the reception is at a banquet hall in West Jordan, a venue in Kearns, or a church hall in Taylorsville, a Salt Lake City birthday party bus rental makes the entrance as unforgettable as the event itself.
For Sweet 16 and milestone birthday groups, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a sound system is a natural fit for the celebration ride. For larger quinceañera parties with extended family groups, a 40- or 50-passenger party bus gives everyone a seat together. Adult milestone birthdays heading for a night in downtown Salt Lake — dinner in the Avenues, then out to the Granary District — work well in a minibus or Sprinter limo for a cleaner, more intimate feel.
Use the quote tool or call 385-478-3740 to check availability on your date.

West Jordan Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert venues reachable from West Jordan are the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre — which sits in West Valley City, a short drive from West Jordan via Bangerter Highway — and the Delta Center in downtown Salt Lake. The Amphitheatre holds up to 25,000 for outdoor shows, and traffic on the surrounding surface streets backs up for miles after major acts. Getting out of that lot independently after a sold-out summer show can easily run 45–60 minutes just to reach the highway.
A charter bus for a West Jordan concert group changes the math entirely: everyone loads at one address, the bus moves as a single unit, and your group waits together rather than hunting for scattered rideshares in a dark parking lot after midnight. For Delta Center concerts, the venue sits at 301 W South Temple with very limited nearby surface parking — a Salt Lake City concert bus rental drops your group steps from the entrance and picks up at the same point when the show ends. Call 385-478-3740 to lock in your concert shuttle.

West Jordan Corporate Event Transportation
West Jordan is home to a growing number of corporate campuses and office parks along the Bangerter Highway corridor, and getting teams into Salt Lake City for conferences, conventions, or client events means navigating I-15 during commute hours. The Salt Palace Convention Center (100 S West Temple, Salt Lake City) draws major conventions year-round, and parking in the immediate blocks runs $15–$25 depending on the garage and event day demand.
A West Jordan corporate shuttle bus handles the I-15 grind without asking anyone on your team to drive. A 15–35 passenger minibus is a clean fit for executive transfers or smaller department shuttles, while a 56-passenger charter bus makes more sense for all-hands events or multi-day conference circuits. Drop-off at the Salt Palace uses the West Temple curbside zone.
For multi-stop employee shuttles between West Jordan office locations and downtown, a route-based minibus contract is often more cost-effective than reimbursing parking daily. Call 385-478-3740 to discuss corporate shuttle options.

West Jordan Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, graduation parties, retirement celebrations — West Jordan generates a steady calendar of private group events that need coordinated transportation across the Salt Lake Valley. A Salt Lake City private charter bus rental keeps everyone on the same schedule instead of spreading the group across 10 separate cars.
For multi-stop itineraries — say, a family reunion hitting Wheeler Historic Farm in Murray, then lunch near Sugarhouse, then an evening at Liberty Park — a charter bus or minibus handles the logistics between stops cleanly. The Jordan River Parkway Trail area in West Jordan is a popular gathering point for large family events in the summer, and a charter bus parked at one of the nearby trailhead lots while the group explores works far better than a parking scramble for 15 individual vehicles. For any event timed around Pioneer Day on July 24th — Utah's biggest state holiday — book well ahead, as the entire Salt Lake Valley is moving at once.
Call 385-478-3740 to talk through your itinerary.

West Jordan Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
West Jordan is served by Copper Hills High School and West Jordan High School, both of which hold prom in the April–May window — the same 6-week rush that sees party bus demand spike across all of Salt Lake and Utah counties simultaneously. Availability for premium vehicles gets thin fast once March hits, and groups that wait until April are often looking at whatever's left rather than what they actually wanted.
For prom: book by January or February to get the vehicle and amenities your group is counting on. A Salt Lake City prom party bus in the 20–28 passenger range is one of the most common fits for typical friend groups, with LED lighting and sound making the ride itself part of the night. Homecoming groups booking in September face less crunch, but dates still move — check availability early.
Call 385-478-3740 as soon as your date is confirmed.

West Jordan School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and activity coordinators in the West Jordan Unified and Jordan School District footprint have no shortage of field trip destinations within an hour's drive: the Natural History Museum of Utah (301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City), Wheeler Historic Farm (6351 S 900 E, Murray), Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (12033 Lone Peak Pkwy, Draper), and Thanksgiving Point in Lehi are all reachable in under 45 minutes from West Jordan without I-15 at peak hours.
A Salt Lake City school bus rental through the network handles the pickup at the school, the drop-off at the venue, and the return — keeping the group together and the chaperone count manageable. Charter buses with onboard restrooms are worth requesting for longer hauls like Thanksgiving Point or any trip heading up I-15 toward Provo. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; flag it when you request your quote.
Call 385-478-3740 to set up school group transportation for your next trip.

West Jordan Sporting Event Transportation
The two main sports venues drawing West Jordan groups are Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City) for Utah Jazz games and the Rice-Eccles Stadium at the University of Utah for Utah Utes football. Delta Center sits in the middle of downtown Salt Lake with a surface parking lot that fills before tipoff on sellout nights — the nearest garages on 200 West and 100 South run $15–$25 on game days, and the post-game rideshare queue on the south side of the arena backs up 20–30 minutes after the final buzzer.
A West Jordan sporting event charter bus solves that entirely: your group boards together at one address, arrives as a unit, and the bus is staged and ready when you exit — no competing for rideshares in the cold, no splitting the group between two separate cars. For Utah Utes games at Rice-Eccles, the stadium sits on the east bench with a TRAX light rail stop nearby, but bus drop-off on South Campus Drive keeps your group steps from the gate rather than a platform away. Call 385-478-3740 to book your game day shuttle.

West Jordan Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
West Jordan and the surrounding Salt Lake Valley are loaded with wedding venues that create real transportation logistics for large guest lists. Red Butte Garden (300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City), Solitude Mountain Resort up Big Cottonwood Canyon, and various reception halls along the Wasatch Front all require guests to navigate unfamiliar canyon roads or downtown one-ways — not ideal after a reception dinner.
A Salt Lake City wedding shuttle bus runs a loop between your hotel block and the venue, keeping guests off winding canyon roads and keeping your timeline tight. For canyon venues like Solitude or Alta, a charter bus is the right call — the road up Big Cottonwood is narrow enough that coordinating 15 separate cars after dark is genuinely stressful for guests unfamiliar with the route. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works well for the wedding party itself on the day of the ceremony.
Call 385-478-3740 to lock in your wedding transportation plan.

West Jordan Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Utah's liquor laws make the winery and distillery scene a little different than most states, but the options have expanded meaningfully in recent years. The Salt Lake City winery and brewery tour circuit from West Jordan typically runs north toward Ogden or southeast toward the Provo area, where Utah's craft brewery expansion has produced legitimate stops worth building a day around.
Salt Lake City's own craft scene includes Uinta Brewing (1722 S Fremont Dr, SLC), Epic Brewing (825 S State St, SLC), and Fisher Brewing (320 W 800 S, SLC) — a walkable cluster in the Granary District that makes for an easy multi-stop afternoon when a minibus handles the driving between them. West Jordan to the Granary District is about 18 miles on I-15 North, which flows freely on weekends before 4pm. A party bus or minibus keeps everyone together between stops.
Call 385-478-3740 to plan your West Jordan brewery tour shuttle.

Frequently Asked Questions About West Jordan Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com?
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation in the Salt Lake Valley. It's not a bus company and doesn't operate vehicles — it's a free tool that lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from multiple transportation providers serving West Jordan and surrounding cities, all from one form or one phone call.
How does Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form. Results come back in under 30 seconds with vehicle options, pictures, and pricing from providers serving your area. No account required, no obligation.
If you'd rather talk it through, call 385-478-3740 any time and a team member can pull options for your specific trip on the spot.
How much does a party bus cost in West Jordan?
Rates vary by vehicle type, day of week, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 weekdays, $275–$375 weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus typically falls around $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. These are planning ranges — your exact quote depends on availability, your date, and your itinerary. Fill out the online form or call 385-478-3740 to get a pricing estimate for your specific trip in about a minute.
Do I need to cross into Salt Lake City for my pickup, or can the bus come to West Jordan?
Buses in the network pick up directly in West Jordan — your home, your venue, your office, wherever the group is gathering. You don't need to meet the bus at a central location in Salt Lake City. When you fill out the quote form, enter your West Jordan address as the pickup point and that's where the bus shows up.
What's the best vehicle for a group of 20 people heading to a Jazz game at Delta Center?
A 20-passenger party bus or a 15–35 passenger minibus are both solid fits. The party bus is the right call if the group wants the celebration atmosphere on the ride; the minibus is cleaner for a straightforward game-day shuttle. Either way, drop-off at Delta Center puts your group on the 300 South side of the arena near the main entrance — no parking garage, no post-game rideshare wait.
Call 385-478-3740 to compare both options for your date.
Can a charter bus handle the canyon roads to venues like Solitude or Alta?
Yes, but it's worth flagging the canyon destination when you request your quote so the right vehicle is matched to the route. Big Cottonwood Canyon (SR-190) and Little Cottonwood Canyon (SR-210) are paved, two-lane mountain roads — commercial buses navigate them regularly for ski resort shuttles, but the vehicle dimensions and the road conditions are both factors providers account for when confirming availability. Mention the specific canyon venue up front and the network will match you with vehicles rated for that route.
Is there a best time to book for summer events in the Salt Lake Valley?
Pioneer Day on July 24th is Utah's biggest state holiday and generates more group transportation demand in a single day than almost any other date on the Utah calendar. Parades, fireworks, and private events all happen simultaneously across Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties. If your event falls anywhere near July 24th, book at least 8–10 weeks out.
The same urgency applies to University of Utah home football games in September and October, and to any weekend during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City each January — that event pulls buses from the entire region.
How far in advance should I book?
For most West Jordan events, 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid selection and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — prom season (April–May), Pioneer Day weekend (July 24th), Utah Jazz playoff runs, and Sundance Film Festival in January — book 2–3 months out minimum. The further out you book, the more vehicle options are available and the less pressure there is on pricing.
Call 385-478-3740 as soon as your date is confirmed and lock it in.
Popular West Jordan Party Bus Destinations
West Jordan sits in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley with quick access to downtown SLC, the Wasatch Front ski resorts, and major event venues across three counties. Here are six destinations that West Jordan groups travel to most — with the logistics you actually need to know before you book.

Delta Center
Home of the Utah Jazz and the venue for major concerts and events in Salt Lake City, Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) seats over 18,000 and sits in the heart of downtown where surface parking is scarce on event nights. The nearest garages on 200 West and 100 South charge $15–$25 on game days, and post-event rideshare pickup on the south plaza side of the arena routinely backs up 20–30 minutes after sellouts. A West Jordan charter bus or party bus drops your group directly on the 300 South curbside zone and picks up at the same point — no parking math, no rideshare lottery.
West Jordan to Delta Center is roughly 18 miles on I-15 North, about 25 minutes outside rush hour. Read more at the Delta Center bus rental guide.
Address: 301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre
One of Utah's largest outdoor concert venues, the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (5150 S 6055 West, West Valley City, UT 84118) holds up to 25,000 for summer shows and sits a short drive from West Jordan via Bangerter Highway. That convenience is real — until the show ends. The surface streets around the venue after a major act become a parking lot, with the crowd funneling back toward the freeway on a limited number of arterials.
Groups that drove separately spend 45–60 minutes just reaching the highway. A West Jordan charter bus bypasses the individual car scramble: one vehicle, one departure, everyone moves together. The Amphitheatre has a large surface lot that accommodates charter and oversized vehicles.
For summer weekend shows, book the bus 6–8 weeks out before the date fills.
Address: 5150 S 6055 West, West Valley City, UT 84118

Rice-Eccles Stadium
Rice-Eccles Stadium (451 S 1400 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84112) anchors the University of Utah's east bench campus and hosts Utah Utes football, major concerts, and one-off events including the 2002 Winter Olympics opening and closing ceremonies. Parking on the U of U campus sells out fast on home football Saturdays, with permit lots controlled by the university and limited general admission surface parking available on the perimeter. The TRAX Red Line stops at Stadium Station, but bus drop-off on South Campus Drive puts your group directly at the stadium gates without the platform-to-gate walk.
West Jordan to Rice-Eccles is about 22 miles via I-15 North and I-80 East — closer to 35–40 minutes on a game day Saturday. See the full logistics breakdown at the Rice-Eccles Stadium bus rental guide.
Address: 451 S 1400 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84112

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (12033 Lone Peak Pkwy, Draper, UT 84020) is one of the top school group destinations in the Salt Lake Valley, sitting about 12 miles south of West Jordan via I-15 South. The aquarium hosts over 4,000 animals across fresh and saltwater exhibits and has dedicated bus and group parking in the Lone Peak Parkway surface lot adjacent to the facility — oversized vehicles stage there without issue. For school field trips, the aquarium's group entry program requires advance reservations, and a charter bus arrival makes the headcount and chaperone logistics dramatically simpler than a carpool.
Admission runs $20–$25 per person for general entry. ADA-accessible entrances are on the main facility level. Confirm group rates and arrival times directly with the aquarium before your visit.
Address: 12033 Lone Peak Pkwy, Draper, UT 84020

Park City Mountain Resort
Park City Mountain Resort (1310 Lowell Ave, Park City, UT 84060) is the largest ski resort in the United States by acreage and sits about 35 miles east of West Jordan via I-15 North and I-80 East through Parley's Canyon. That stretch of I-80 through the canyon is the single biggest bottleneck for ski day traffic — on powder Saturdays, the canyon can run 45–90 minutes one way as all of Salt Lake Valley funnels onto a two-lane mountain highway. Parking at the resort itself is managed, with day lots filling before 9am on busy weekends.
A West Jordan ski group charter bus handles the canyon with everyone together, avoids the parking scramble, and drops directly at the Park City base area. For anyone who's ever spent 40 minutes just exiting the I-80/I-215 interchange on the return, the bus makes the difference obvious.
Address: 1310 Lowell Ave, Park City, UT 84060

America First Field
America First Field (9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070) is home to Real Salt Lake and the National Women's Soccer League's Utah Royals, and it sits about 6 miles south of West Jordan in Sandy — one of the most convenient major sports venues in the region for West Jordan groups. That proximity doesn't make parking stress-free, though: the surface lots surrounding the stadium fill early on sellout match nights, and 7200 South westbound backs up heading toward State Street in the hour before kickoff. A West Jordan minibus or charter bus for an RSL match drops directly in the designated bus and commercial vehicle zone along the stadium perimeter, keeps the whole supporters group together, and avoids the parking scramble entirely.
Check the full bus logistics at the America First Field bus rental guide.
