Fast, Easy Party Bus Rentals in Herriman
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, dispatch buses, or take reservations directly. It is a quote-comparison website — and that distinction is genuinely great news for anyone planning group transportation in Herriman.
Instead of calling five different companies on hold, describing your trip each time, and waiting days for callbacks that never quite match up, you fill out one quick form and instantly compare vehicles and rates from a network of independently owned transportation companies competing for your business. That's it.
The network covers everything from 14-passenger Sprinter limos to 56-passenger charter buses, so whether you're moving 12 people to a wedding in Salt Lake or 50 to a Jazz game at the Delta Center, there's a vehicle in the network that fits. Call 385-478-3740 any time or use the online quote tool — pricing shows up in under 30 seconds, with pictures, so you can compare and decide without any pressure.

Common Herriman Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Party buses in the network typically come with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and a full-length bar area. Sprinter limos and vans offer a more executive feel — premium leather seating, tinted privacy windows, and USB charging at every seat. Charter buses and minibuses lean into comfort and practicality: reclining seats, powerful climate control, overhead storage bins, WiFi on select vehicles, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays that handle everything your group is carrying.
Amenities do vary by vehicle and provider, but the quote tool shows you exactly what each bus includes before you commit to anything.

Match Your Group to the Right Herriman Party Bus
The honest answer: because you're not limited to one company's fleet. Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com connects you to a network of transportation providers serving Herriman and the broader Salt Lake Valley, which means you see more vehicles, more price points, and more options than any single bus company could offer you. Fill out one form — or make one call — and the comparison happens instantly. No account.
No obligation. No callback waiting game.
Herriman sits at the southwest corner of Salt Lake County, about 20 miles from downtown Salt Lake City and roughly 18 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport via Bangerter Highway. Groups heading north on Bangerter toward the airport, east on I-15 toward the Delta Center, or further south toward Provo all benefit from one predictable pickup and one flat rate rather than a caravan of separate cars navigating Utah's notorious I-15 corridor merge points. Whatever your group's destination — a Jazz game, a bachelorette night in Sugarhouse, a corporate event in Sandy — the right vehicle is in the network.
Call 385-478-3740 to find it in under a minute.
Group Transportation Services in Herriman
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com helps groups in Herriman find transportation for every occasion — from airport transfers and wedding shuttles to Jazz game transportation, concert runs, corporate shuttles, bachelorette parties, prom, and school field trips. One form, one call, and your group is covered.

Herriman Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) (776 N Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84122) is roughly 18 miles from central Herriman — about a 25–30 minute drive on Bangerter Highway when traffic is moving, and noticeably longer during the weekday morning rush or peak ski season weekends when I-215 backs up near the Redwood Road interchange. Coordinating multiple cars across that stretch, finding long-term parking ($20–$28 per day in the ground lots closest to the terminals), and reassembling a large group at baggage claim is genuinely stressful.
A Herriman airport shuttle bus through the network handles all of it — one pickup point, one vehicle, one drop-off at the SLC arrivals curb. Have your group gather and confirm luggage is collected before contacting your transportation company, then confirm the specific commercial vehicle staging area for your terminal with your provider ahead of time. For groups flying in for a ski trip to Park City or a corporate event downtown, a 15–35 passenger minibus gets everyone moving together without the Bangerter bottleneck turning into a coordination nightmare.
Call 385-478-3740 to get a quote for your airport run.

Herriman Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Herriman bachelorette party that wants to do it right usually heads to Salt Lake City proper — Sugarhouse, the Gateway district, or downtown's growing bar and restaurant scene along 200 South. The problem with that plan in private cars: parking in Sugarhouse on a Friday night is genuinely competitive, the stretch of 2100 South near Highland Drive fills up fast, and getting 15 people back to Herriman at 1 a.m. means either waiting on surge-priced rideshares or designating someone who won't enjoy the night.
A Salt Lake City bachelorette party bus eliminates all of that. The group loads up in Herriman, hits downtown stops on your schedule, and the bus is right there when the last bar closes. Party buses in the network come with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, flat-panel TVs, and perimeter seating so the celebration starts on the ride up.
For the bachelor group, the same logic applies — fewer moving parts, everyone together, and no one drawing straws to stay sober. Call 385-478-3740 to check availability for your date.

Herriman Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Milestone birthday events in Herriman — Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, and adult milestone celebrations alike — often require moving a larger group than any private vehicle can handle. Reception venues in the South Valley area like those in South Jordan, Riverton, and West Jordan book up fast on weekends, and a guest list that spans multiple family households means multiple cars trying to find the same parking lot at the same time.
A birthday party bus rental from the network makes the arrival part of the event — the group boards together, the energy is already built before anyone walks into the venue, and parents don't have to worry about teenagers coordinating their own transportation across the valley. Party buses seating 15–50 are available through the network, and some providers can accommodate color or style requests when you plan ahead. The earlier you call, the more options you have.
Reach the team at 385-478-3740 any time for a quote.

Herriman Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert venues within range of Herriman both have serious parking and access constraints that catch first-timers off guard. Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (formerly USANA Amphitheatre, 5150 S 6055 West, West Valley City, UT 84118) sits just off I-215 West, and on major show nights the approach roads from Bangerter Highway back up for miles — parking lots fill before the opening act, and rideshare pickup after the show routinely runs 45–60 minutes. The amphitheatre bus drop-off keeps your group off that lot entirely.
For shows at the Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) in downtown Salt Lake, street parking near the arena is metered and scarce, and the Gateway and Arena Station parking structures fill fast on sellout nights. A Salt Lake City concert bus rental from Herriman drops the group steps from the arena and picks everyone up at the same point after the show — no rideshare queue, no parking math, no 11 p.m. Bangerter crawl home with a group that's been on their feet for four hours.
Call 385-478-3740 to lock in your date.

Herriman Corporate Event Transportation
Herriman's location at the south end of the Salt Lake Valley puts it within a reasonable drive of major office corridors in Sandy, South Jordan, and Draper — but also a meaningful distance from downtown Salt Lake convention and event venues. When your company needs to move a group from Herriman-area hotels or offices to an event at the Salt Palace Convention Center (90 S West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) or a training day at a South Jordan campus, coordinating individual cars through I-15 construction zones creates exactly the kind of late-arrival chaos that reflects badly on whoever organized the trip.
A corporate charter bus or minibus rental from Herriman keeps everyone on one departure time, one vehicle, and one predictable arrival window. The Salt Palace's commercial vehicle drop-off uses West Temple — confirm the specific loading zone with venue operations ahead of your event date, as setups vary by show. For executive transfers, a Sprinter van handles smaller VIP groups with premium leather and individual climate control.
Call 385-478-3740 to discuss group rates and multi-day packages.

Herriman Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church group outings, graduation parties, and large private events in Herriman often involve guests spread across multiple zip codes in the South Valley — Riverton, South Jordan, Bluffdale — all converging on one location. Getting everyone there at the same time in enough cars, with enough parking at the destination, is the part of event planning that unravels at the last minute.
A private event charter bus or party bus rental through the network handles pickup logistics across multiple Herriman-area addresses and delivers the group to one destination on one schedule. For events heading to outdoor venues in Herriman's open south end — or further afield to Thanksgiving Point in Lehi or Wheeler Historic Farm in Murray — a charter bus with undercarriage storage handles the bags, the gear, and the group without anyone getting separated on I-15. Call 385-478-3740 to put together a custom package for your event.

Herriman Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Herriman High School (11917 S Main St, Herriman, UT 84096) hosts prom typically in late April or May, and demand for party buses across Salt Lake County spikes sharply across a narrow four-to-six-week window when most valley high schools hold their events simultaneously. Vehicles book out early — groups that call in January or February for a May prom consistently have far more choice and better pricing than those who wait until March.
For Herriman prom: book by January or February or expect limited availability and premium pricing. Waiting costs real money. A 15–25 passenger party bus is the most popular fit for Herriman prom groups, with LED lighting and sound systems that turn the ride to the venue into the first part of the night.
Homecoming bookings follow a similar demand curve in September and October. Call 385-478-3740 as soon as your date is confirmed — the conversation takes about five minutes and locks in your vehicle before inventory tightens.

Herriman School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips and school event transportation from Herriman typically head north toward Salt Lake proper — the Natural History Museum of Utah (301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108) near the University of Utah, the Clark Planetarium (110 S 400 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) downtown, or Liberty Park for outdoor programming. That's a 25–35 minute drive from Herriman depending on I-15 traffic near the 5300 South interchange, which runs slow during school-hour arrival windows.
A school charter bus rental from the network keeps the group together, eliminates the parent-carpool coordination puzzle, and gets teachers and chaperones to the destination without anyone navigating unfamiliar downtown Salt Lake parking. Charter buses on select vehicles include overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, TV screens, and onboard restrooms for longer runs. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — mention it when you request your quote.
Call 385-478-3740 to get started.

Herriman Sporting Event Transportation
Utah Jazz games at the Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) draw heavy traffic into downtown Salt Lake from every direction, and Herriman groups arriving by car face the same problem: parking structures near the arena fill before tip-off, and the ones with remaining space are a five-to-ten-block walk. Rideshare availability craters after the final buzzer when 20,000 people are all leaving at once. The Delta Center bus drop-off puts your group steps from the entrance while the parking math is still being sorted out by everyone else.
Real Salt Lake games at America First Field (9256 State St, Sandy, UT 84070) are closer to Herriman — roughly 12 miles northeast — but the Sandy/9000 South corridor backs up sharply on match nights, and the surface lots around the stadium charge $10–$15 and fill early. A Salt Lake City sporting event charter bus from Herriman handles both directions and gets the group there without anyone circling. Check the America First Field transportation guide for current drop-off details, then call 385-478-3740 to get your group's quote.

Herriman Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Herriman and the surrounding South Valley have become a popular base for weddings — outdoor venues in the foothills, reception halls in South Jordan and Riverton, and ceremony sites within a short drive of the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple (4899 W Daybreak Pkwy, South Jordan, UT 84009). The challenge is that out-of-town guests staying in downtown Salt Lake or near the airport face a 20–25 mile drive to Herriman-area venues, and asking them to navigate Bangerter Highway or the Redwood Road/5400 South interchange unfamiliar and in formalwear is a real ask.
A Herriman wedding shuttle bus from the network solves the guest logistics cleanly — one pickup at the hotel block, one arrival at the venue, one return run at the end of the night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the wedding party itself on the day of the ceremony. Because Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com is not limited to a single fleet, you can mix vehicle types to cover guests and wedding party in one booking conversation.
Call 385-478-3740 to build your wedding transportation plan.

Herriman Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Utah's wine and brewery scene has grown steadily along the Wasatch Front, and Herriman groups heading out for a tasting tour or a Salt Lake City pub crawl have solid options within a 30-mile radius. Local taprooms in Millcreek and Sugar House, and the growing brewery corridor along 200 South in Salt Lake all make for a workable multi-stop itinerary. For something further afield, Thanksgiving Point in Lehi hosts seasonal events and the surrounding Lehi–American Fork area has become a hub for craft breweries worth the drive south.
The point of a pub crawl or winery tour bus rental from Herriman is straightforward: no one draws the short straw, no one navigates unfamiliar roads between stops, and the group stays together from the first tasting to the last. A 15–25 passenger party bus is the right fit for most tasting-tour groups — comfortable between stops, and right-sized for the parking lots at smaller Utah beverage producers. Call 385-478-3740 to discuss your itinerary and get a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About Herriman Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com?
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company, does not own vehicles, and does not operate transportation services directly. It lets you fill out one form — or make one call — and compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Herriman and the Salt Lake Valley.
You see vehicles, pictures, and pricing side by side without calling multiple companies or creating an account.
How does Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details into the online quote form — your date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see options from transportation providers serving your area. Compare vehicles, amenities, and rates in one place. If you'd rather talk through the options with someone, call 385-478-3740 any time.
The team can walk you through available vehicle types, help you figure out the right size for your headcount, and put together a package that fits your itinerary. No account required, no obligation.
How much does a party bus cost in Herriman?
Party bus pricing in Herriman depends on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need it. As a general planning range: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and weekends. A 25-passenger party bus generally runs $250–$375 per hour depending on the day.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus typically ranges from $200–$350 per hour. These numbers give you a starting framework — your actual quote moves with the specific vehicle, date, and trip length. Fill out the online form or call 385-478-3740 and you could have pricing for your specific trip in under a minute.
How far is Herriman from downtown Salt Lake City, and does that affect pricing?
Herriman is approximately 20 miles from downtown Salt Lake City — about 25–35 minutes via Bangerter Highway and I-15, depending on time of day and traffic on the I-15/5400 South interchange. Distance and total trip time do factor into how transportation companies price a rental, which is why it's always worth describing your full itinerary — not just the destination — when you request a quote. The quote tool and the phone team both ask for your pickup point and drop-off so the estimate reflects your real trip, not a generic one.
What's the best vehicle for a group of 15–20 people from Herriman?
For groups of 15–20, you're squarely in the range where both a 15–35 passenger minibus and an 18-passenger party bus are viable options — and the right choice depends on what the trip is. A minibus is the smarter fit for airport transfers, corporate shuttles, and wedding guest runs: comfortable seating, overhead storage, and easy loading and unloading at commercial curb zones. A party bus is the better call for a bachelorette night, a birthday crawl, or a prom group where the amenities — LED lighting, sound system, perimeter seating — are part of the experience.
The quote tool shows you both side by side so you can compare before you commit.
Can I book a one-way trip from Herriman to Salt Lake City International Airport?
Yes — one-way transfers are available through the network for airport runs and other point-to-point trips. A one-way airport transfer from Herriman to SLC is a common booking, especially for early-morning flights when coordinating multiple household departures on I-215 is more stress than it's worth. Mention that you need a one-way when you request your quote, and the team can confirm what's available.
For groups flying in for a reunion, a ski trip, or a corporate event, a one-way pickup from SLC to Herriman works just as cleanly in the other direction.
Do I need to book a specific bus company, or does Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com choose for me?
Saltlakecitypartybuscompany.com lets you compare options from different providers serving your area — vehicles, pictures, and prices — so you can find what fits your group. You're comparing buses and rates, not selecting a specific company by name. The focus is on finding the right vehicle at the right price for your trip.
Fill out the form or call 385-478-3740 and the comparison happens in seconds.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events in Herriman, booking three to four months out gives you the best selection and the steadiest pricing. The demand spikes worth knowing about: prom season (April–May) books out across Salt Lake County within a narrow window, so January or February is not too early for a May date. Utah Jazz playoff runs and major outdoor concerts at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre in summer also tighten supply quickly.
For weddings, six months out is a reasonable minimum — Saturday evenings in June through September are the busiest stretch. The earlier the call, the more leverage you have on vehicle type and rate. Call 385-478-3740 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Herriman Party Bus Destinations
Herriman groups head in a lot of directions — north to downtown Salt Lake, east to the University of Utah, south toward Lehi and Thanksgiving Point, and west toward West Valley entertainment venues. Here are six destinations that Herriman party bus groups visit most, with the logistics detail that actually matters for planning.

Delta Center
Home of the Utah Jazz and one of the busiest entertainment venues in the Intermountain West, the Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) sits in the heart of downtown Salt Lake — about 22 miles from central Herriman via Bangerter and I-15 North. The arena's surrounding blocks are densely developed, and nearby parking fills fast on sold-out nights. The Gateway district garage and Arena Station structures are the closest options, but both run $15–$25 on game nights and are a several-block walk to the main entrance.
Post-game rideshare surges on the 300 South and 200 West corners are consistent and well-documented by regular attendees. The Delta Center bus rental guide covers current drop-off protocols — your group lands steps from the arena while everyone else handles the parking math. Check official venue guidance for current commercial vehicle staging before your visit.

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre
Formerly USANA Amphitheatre, Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (5150 S 6055 West, West Valley City, UT 84118) is Utah's largest outdoor concert venue, with capacity of approximately 25,000 between fixed seating and lawn. It sits just off I-215 West near 5600 South — about 15 miles from Herriman via Bangerter Highway — and on major show nights the Bangerter and 5600 South approach backs up hard. Parking lots adjacent to the venue are extensive but not unlimited, and rideshare pickup after a late show is notoriously slow as the full crowd exits simultaneously onto a limited road network.
Groups from Herriman that arrive by bus skip the lot queue entirely and have a staged pickup point ready when the show ends rather than waiting in the rideshare line at the venue exit. The amphitheatre transportation guide covers current bus drop-off and pickup protocols.

America First Field
Home of Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC, America First Field (9256 State St, Sandy, UT 84070) is one of Herriman's closest major venue options — roughly 12 miles northeast via Bangerter and State Street. The proximity is convenient, but State Street through Sandy on match nights backs up predictably from about 9000 South to the stadium entrance, and surface lot parking is $10–$15 with limited supply. The stadium's bus and commercial vehicle staging details are outlined in the America First Field transportation guide — confirm current drop-off protocols with your provider before game day.
For a group of 20–40 coming from Herriman, a minibus or a 25-passenger party bus makes the 12-mile run efficient and keeps the pregame energy going the whole way. We recommend checking the official America First Field stadium info page for current lot availability before your visit. Phone: 385-478-3740.

Natural History Museum of Utah
Perched on the University of Utah campus at the Rio Tinto Center (301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108), the Natural History Museum of Utah is a top destination for Herriman school groups and family outings. It's approximately 25 miles from Herriman — about 35–40 minutes depending on I-15 and 400 South — and the campus approach via Wakara Way involves a fairly steep grade that requires attention for oversized vehicles. Public parking on the museum campus is available in the adjacent structure, though rates and availability vary by day and time.
Large school groups and family parties benefit significantly from charter bus drop-off directly at the museum entrance, eliminating the need for parent-carpool coordination across the University of Utah's complex one-way road system. The museum is open daily; admission is $24.95 for adults and $20.95 for children ages 3–12. We recommend confirming group tour procedures directly with the museum before your visit.

Thanksgiving Point
Thanksgiving Point (3003 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, UT 84043) is a multi-attraction campus about 15 miles south of Herriman via Bangerter Highway — one of the closer major destination clusters for South Valley groups. It encompasses the Museum of Ancient Life (the world's largest dinosaur museum), Ashton Gardens, Farm Country, and a full golf course, making it a popular destination for school field trips, family reunions, and corporate team-building days that need a single location with multiple activity options. The I-15 approach at the Thanksgiving Way exit is straightforward for large vehicles, and the campus has adequate parking for charter buses and minibuses.
Peak spring and fall weekends can see significant visitor volume — especially when Thanksgiving Point's seasonal garden events are running. Confirm group admission pricing and bus parking logistics directly with Thanksgiving Point before your visit.

Maverik Center
The Maverik Center (3200 Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119) is the home of the Utah Grizzlies (ECHL) and hosts concerts, family shows, and touring events year-round — and at about 13 miles from Herriman via Bangerter Highway, it's one of the most accessible large venues in the network. The arena seats approximately 12,000 and sits in a suburban West Valley location with surface and structure parking on site. Unlike downtown Salt Lake venues, Maverik Center's parking situation is more manageable on most event nights — but the Decker Lake Drive approach and the I-215/3500 South corridor still back up on sellout events, and post-show rideshare availability in West Valley City is limited compared to downtown Salt Lake.
The Maverik Center transportation guide covers current drop-off logistics. A minibus is a practical fit for Herriman groups headed here — right-sized for a 10–25 person group and easy to stage in the surface lots after drop-off.
